The Project:
Design a new website that was spiffier and more polished
than my old website. Create a cohesive design to unify
all the pages in my site. Update and revise content and
navigational architecture.
What I did:
Created silhouetted wolf logo based on a wolf
photograph
Created layout mockups in Photoshop for first and second
level pages
Created optimized web images (gif/jpg) from the
Photoshop mockups
Created HTML templates for first and second level pages
Wrote copy for all pages
Wrote a simple Perl contact form mailer application
Added JavaScript validation to the contact form
(to avoid receiving empty comments from people)
