Methodology - Interactive Design The Interactive Design Phase ensures that an e-solution delivers true business results for clients, and that the initial deployment will have longevity. This is an interactive and iterative process that focuses on three key elements of the end user's experience:
Using a structured, use-case-based discovery process, the project team creates and interacts with an application prototype built using the Business Innovation Platform. Each set of use-cases is incorporated into a new, more robust, generation of a prototype. Iterations continue until both Euphorion and the client are satisfied that the functional needs of each set of customers are fully specified. The deliverable from this phase is a functional specification which (when used, in conjunction with the High-Availability Architecture) describes in detail how an e-solution will be built, and which components (custom development and/or pre-packaged third-party solutions) will be integrated. The functional specification is the guide Euphorion's designers and developers use to build production-worthy sites. It is typically a multi-media specification that includes the final generation of the working prototype; page designs, process flow descriptions, list of third-party packages used, interface specifications, and component-level functional designs. |
