Synopsys Online Survey Site

The Project:
Create a secret survey site for Synopsys' marketing department to help the client determine the feasiblity of a new EDA design tool. Code the questions and javascript verifications, host the site, collect and aggregate the results, notify winners, and mail the winners their Palms (Palm IIIx's for the first survey, Palm V's for the second). What I did:

• Designed survey site look and feel based on the client's minimum requirements using Photoshop
• Created optimized web images (gif/jpg) from Photoshop mockup
• Created HTML templates based on design
• Coded all questions in HTML, choosing best format for answering based on question type
• Added JavaScript checking to ensure all questions were answered and that all answers were valid
